Coaching experience:
- I have been coaching since 18 years old, starting at Criollos with their U9 and working all the way up to being Assistant Coach of their semi-pro team. I also have experience with Notre Dame High School in Puerto Rico with ages U10 through U17. Now, I’m Director of SADE (Spain Academy Developing to become Elite), coordinating technical programs, tournaments, and coaching development.
Why did you choose to coach?
“I chose to get into coaching because I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with my players and helping them grow every single day. Ultimately, my goal is to build a team environment that is fiercely competitive, yet still engaging and fun.”
Favorite memory coaching:
“I have many! One that stands out is helping the Chardon JV team achieve their goal, which was to get promoted to play with Varsity. In the end, 7 players were promoted and were a huge help for the Varsity team, helping them win their conference for the first time in school history!”
Major accomplishments within the club:
“I look forward to elevating my players’ performance and building a strong culture of ownership. My aim is to develop a hardworking team that never gives up and consistently finds ways to create solutions, both on and off the pitch. At the end of the day, I want to help shape better human beings, not just better players.
