Greater Cleveland’s Premier Youth Developmental Program

Our youth academy was created to establish an outstanding learning environment for young people, on and off of the field. We strive to assemble the finest USSF-licensed coaching staff and we commit to our players’ long-term development through continuing education. We pledge to run our development system with a sense of community and a commitment to give back to the game and assist its growth at all levels in our organization.

Player Pathway

MEN’S & WOMEN’S TEAMS
Our top academy players can graduate into first-team adult programs competing at a regional level.

JUNIORS ACADEMY U9 – U18/19
Comprehensive, age-specific training led by licensed coaches with a focus on technical growth, tactical understanding, and long-term development.

PIONEER PRE-ACADEMY U7 – U8
Introductory program focused on building core skills, cognitive development, and a love for the game—preparing players for the Juniors Academy.

KICKS FOR KIDS U4 – U8
Fun-based introduction to soccer that builds fundamental skills, social connections, and confidence through engaging play and movement.
